Full Stack Developer

SiteSynth is a strategy-led consultancy and product studio at the intersection of design, development, and AI. We help ambitious companies build scalable systems, human-centered products, and adaptive brands. We’re also crafting our own tools — including AI-driven solutions for creative and operational workflows.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and build bold, beautiful interfaces across client projects and internal products.

What you'll do

  • Build high-quality, performant interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
  • Work closely with designers to bring rich interactions, animations, and microdetails to life.
  • Translate Figma components and prototypes into reusable, production-grade code.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and define data structures.
  • Optimize code for scalability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
  • Contribute to internal design systems and component libraries.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team rituals.

What we're looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS-in-JS.
  • Deep understanding of a major frontend framework (React, Vue, or Svelte).
  • Experience working with Tailwind, Framer Motion, or similar animation libraries.
  • Comfortable with Git, REST/GraphQL APIs, and modern dev tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.).
  • Appreciation for clean design and a sharp eye for UI detail.
  • Proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in a small, async-first team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SSR/SSG frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt).
  • Familiarity with headless CMSs (Sanity, Strapi, Storyblok).
  • Interest in WebGL, Canvas, or creative coding experiments.
  • Background in design, motion, or creative technology.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary (based on experience and location)
  • Flexible working hours and location
  • Yearly learning & tools budget
  • Paid holidays and sick leave
  • Creative freedom and direct influence on product direction
  • Opportunity to grow with a small, agile company
  • A kind, ambitious, and no-BS team
