// SweepBright integration

Your SweepBright listings,
on a site that’s actually yours.

Your team keeps working in SweepBright. We build the agency website on top of SweepBright’s official Website API, so every listing you publish appears on your own domain, and every enquiry lands back in SweepBright as a contact. No double entry, no template.

// How the sync works

From “publish” to a live page, on its own.

Step 01

You publish in SweepBright

Nothing changes for your agents. They publish a property to the website channel exactly as they do today.

Publication channel

Step 02

SweepBright calls your site

SweepBright sends a signed webhook for every added, updated or unpublished property. Your site checks the signature before trusting it.

estate-added · estate-updated · estate-deleted

Step 03

Your site builds the page

The site fetches the full property, downloads its photos to its own storage (SweepBright’s image links expire), and renders a fast, indexable listing page.

GET /estates/{id}

Step 04

The live URL goes back

The site reports the listing’s public URL back to SweepBright, so your team sees where each property lives. SweepBright requires that within 60 minutes; the site sends it as soon as the page exists.

PUT /estates/{id}/url

And back again

Enquiries go straight into SweepBright

Every contact form on the site posts to SweepBright’s contacts endpoint, linked to the property the visitor was looking at. Seller enquiries go in as owner leads. Your follow-up workflow doesn’t move.

The SweepBright agency site, or your own?

SweepBright’s built-in agency website is a good start: it’s included and live in minutes. The trade-off is that it looks like every other agency on it. This is what changes when the site is built for you.

SweepBright FAQ

Questions, answered.

What agencies ask before connecting SweepBright to a custom website.

No, and we would advise against it. SweepBright is where your team works every day. We only replace the website; listings, contacts and your portal publications keep running through SweepBright.

We use SweepBright’s official Website API. When a property is published, updated or unpublished, SweepBright sends a signed webhook to your site. The site fetches the property, stores its photos, builds the listing page and sends the public URL back to SweepBright. Contact forms create contacts in SweepBright through the same API.

Access to SweepBright’s Website API for your company, and the Client ID and Client Secret that SweepBright provides for it (you find them under Publication Channels in SweepBright). We handle the rest, including the webhook setup.

Within minutes of publishing. The site reacts to SweepBright’s webhook rather than checking on a timer, so price changes, new photos and unpublished properties show up almost immediately.

Yes. Every form on the site creates a contact in SweepBright, linked to the property it was sent from where there is one. Seller and valuation requests go in as owner leads.

Yes. SweepBright’s API distinguishes standalone properties, projects and the units inside them, and we build pages for each, so a project page can list its available units.

Yes. Portal publication stays in SweepBright and is untouched. Your own website becomes one more channel next to them, and the one where the visitor sees only your agency.

Real estate sites with CRM sync start from €1,500 as a one-off build, typically live in 4 to 10 weeks depending on the number of pages, languages and custom features. We quote a fixed price after a first call.

Keep SweepBright. Replace the template.

A 30-minute call, no pitch. Show us your current agency site and we’ll tell you what a custom one on the SweepBright API would take, and what it would cost.
