1. Who we are

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy and we process it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian data-protection law.

2. What data we collect

• Contact & intake forms: your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your project.
• Bookings: the name, email and time slot you submit when booking a call.
• Payments: when you pay, card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage & device data: pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through analytics and cookies.

3. Why we use it & legal basis

• To answer enquiries and deliver our services — legal basis: performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract.
• To process payments — legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To send service updates and, where you opted in, marketing emails — legal basis: consent or legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand and improve how the site is used — legal basis: consent (for non-essential cookies) and legitimate interest.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that help us run the site and our business, each bound to protect it:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google (Analytics & Tag Manager) — website analytics
• Vercel — website hosting & analytics
• Supabase — secure data storage
• SendKit — sending transactional & marketing email

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations (for example, invoicing records). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
