// Whise integration

Your Whise listings,
on a site that’s actually yours.

Your team keeps working in Whise. We build the agency website on the official Whise API, so your listings stay in step with Whise, and every enquiry, search profile and viewing request goes back into it. No double entry, no template.

// How the sync works

From “publish” to a live page, on its own.

Step 01

You activate us in Whise

You allow SiteSynth as your website designer in Whise. That gives the site a token scoped to your agency, and nothing beyond it.

POST /v1/admin/clients/token

Step 02

The site checks for changes

Whise’s API doesn’t push, so the site asks Whise every few minutes what has changed: new listings, price updates, new photos, properties sold or withdrawn.

POST /v1/estates/list

Step 03

Your site builds the pages

Changed listings are rebuilt as fast, indexable pages with their photos stored on the site’s own storage. Sold or withdrawn properties go offline, or move to your sold portfolio if you want that.

Step 04

Filters from your own data

Cities, regions and property types in the search come from what your agency actually has in Whise, so a buyer never filters their way into an empty result.

Enquiries and viewings go straight into Whise

Contact forms create or update the contact in Whise, linked to the property and with their email and SMS consent recorded. A buyer’s saved search goes in as their search criteria, and a viewing request can land directly in the agent’s Whise calendar.

// Template or custom

The Whise template, or your own site?

A Whise-connected template gets you online fast. The trade-off is that it looks like every other agency on it. This is what changes when the site is built for you.

Whise FAQ

Questions, answered.

What agencies ask before connecting Whise to a custom website.

No, and we would advise against it. Whise is where your team works every day. We only replace the website; listings, contacts and your portal publications keep running through Whise.

We use the official Whise API for website designers. Once your agency allows us, the site gets a token scoped to your agency, reads your estates from Whise and rebuilds any listing that changed. Contact forms create or update contacts in Whise, and viewing requests can be written to the Whise calendar.

Allow SiteSynth as your website designer in Whise. From then on the site can read your listings and write contacts for your agency only. We handle everything else.

Within minutes. The Whise API does not send notifications, so the site checks Whise for changes every few minutes and rebuilds only what changed.

Yes. Every form creates or updates a contact in Whise, linked to the property it came from, with consent for email and SMS recorded. Saved searches are stored as the contact’s search criteria.

Yes. A viewing request can be created as an appointment in Whise, linked to the property, the contact and the agent, so it shows up where your team already plans its day.

Yes. Portal publication stays in Whise and is untouched. Your own website becomes one more channel next to them, and the one where the visitor sees only your agency.

Real estate sites with CRM sync start from €1,500 as a one-off build, typically live in 4 to 10 weeks depending on the number of pages, languages and custom features. We quote a fixed price after a first call.

Keep Whise. Replace the template.

A 30-minute call, no pitch. Show us your current agency site and we’ll tell you what a custom one on the Whise API would take, and what it would cost.
